It’s my 14th birthday.  Mom has cooked my favorite food to share with my best friends.   The BESTIE Boys do not invite friends for birthdays. They need to remember it’s my birthday and wish me and then the party begins.  Like true friends.

But, where are they?

I dropped some hints last week to Theo and Gus.   Surely, they are bright enough to get it.  It’s on Facebook too.

Such terrible friends, forgetting my birthday.

But, WHERE ARE THEY?

I will wait for 15 minutes more and if they don’t come, they are no longer my best friends.

‘Ding Dong’!!

Dilemma of a sweet teenager. They are prone to lose patience very early 😀 well-penned….

I first thought it said “Beastie Boys” and he was expecting the group to show up. Wow, did I confuse myself!! If you can’t invite people, you may not always get what you wish for. Glad they made it.

Even teen-aged boys need “besties!” True friends will never forget!

At 14, its difficult to have patience..and peer support is very important.

Putting your party on Facebook sounds like one hell of an idea. And I mean that literally… 😉 Nice one.

I think I need to as well. I think some of my readers are tired of sad endings or open-ended endings.
